Guided Therapy Bootcamp
real therapy skills you can practice at home.

A therapist-led, parent-child bootcamp that turns therapy knowledge into daily
routines—so your child can focus, communicate, regulate
and connect with others.

Trust cues:

  • Weekend sessions (2x per month), 9:00am–12:00pm
  • Parent coaching + child practice (guided in real time)
  • Separate cohorts: Level 1 (Beginner) & Level 2 (Intermediate)
  • Take-home toolkit + weekly home practice plan

What It Is

Guided Therapy Bootcamp is a structured, therapist-led program designed for parents/caregivers and children to learn one core skill area and practise it together—with immediate coaching, corrections and a home plan.

    What makes it different:

    • Not just a talk—parents practise live with their child while a therapist guides.
    • Focused routines you can repeat at home (10 minutes/day).
    • Measurable progress: simple baseline + review so you can see change.

Levels & Placement

This isn’t a long talk. It’s interactive, flexible, and designed for busy parents.

Two levels are run as separate cohorts for pacing and task demands:

  • Level 1 (Beginner): Start & Build — strong structure, short engagement windows, foundations.
  • Level 2 (Intermediate): Grow & Expand — longer tasks, more independence, generalisation to school-like routines.

Placement is based on functional skills (engagement, following instructions, transitions, prompting needs, regulation)—not age alone. Recommended age bands are only a guide.

How the Weekend Bootcamp Works

Schedule:
2 Saturdays per month
9:00am–12:00pm (half-day mornings)

Typical flow (each bootcamp morning):

  • Warm-up: quick engagement + regulation readiness check
  • Teach: 1 key concept/tool (simple, parent-friendly)
  • Guided practice: therapist demo → parent-child practise → feedback loops
  • Home plan: one measurable goal + simple tracking for the week
  • Q&A + troubleshooting (real home scenarios)
